Ordering Information

Here's how to order:

• Click the "add to card" buttons and enter the quantity of products you'd like

• Follow the prompts to pay with your credit card through PayPal's secure server.

• I'll get a notification of your order, and will email you back. Sometimes this might take me a day or two - please be patient, I'm not a computer myself, and am sometimes away on weekends.

• Once I notify you, I'll get to work on your order and send it out. Note: All soap orders are custom-made just for you at the time of ordering. I make soap on a weekly basis, and your order may take up to a week to ship because of this. All orders are important to me, and I hope you'll agree that waiting a few extra days for fresh products made just for you is well worth it.

• I ship Priority Mail (see shipping charge chart below), and all orders are shipped with Confirmation Delivery. I am not responsible for your package once it leaves my hands, and you can use your Confirmation number to track your package all the way to your front door.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products I sell, I can only accept returns or refunds on shipments that I've made a mistake on (sent the wrong products, product is defective). My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. I cannot accept refunds or returns on an item because you do not like the way it smells. Scents are very subjective, and I do my best to accurately describe the scents of all products on my site. Unfortunately, until they invent Smell-O-Internet, it's the best we have. I also cannot accept returns or refunds if my products don't agree with your skin. I've sold many, many, many soaps, and have yet to hear a complaint, which leads me to belive they are agreeable with most people. If you know you are allergic or sensitive to artificial fragrances or other ingredients, take care to read the ingredients page or email me with a specific question. Thanks!

Shipping Chart (covers packaging materials and shipping - Delivery Confirmation on ALL orders!)

***Right now I use a scale based on price to determine shipping. It is not a very accurate method, I know, and I'm currently working on a cart system that will allow me to determine shipping based on weight. Until I get that ready, I will gladly refund you (either by PayPal or money tucked into your order) if the shipping comes out way over actual cost. I hate paying shipping, and the last thing I want to do is overcharge you. Please forgive my low-tech method!

• $.01 - $18.00 = $4.60 shipping
• $18.01 - $30.00 = $7.00 shipping
• $30.01 - $60.00 = $8.95 shipping
• $60.01 - $100.00 = $18.00 shipping
• $100.00 and up = $20.00
